1. Victoria Justice

She sings, she acts, she's funny, she's hot, perfect combo or what?
Stars as Tori Vega in Victorious, with 3 Seasons running, definitely more talented and hotter than her in show sister, Trina. Check out her songs, "Beggin' on your knees" and "You're the Reason".

2. Bridgit Mendler

Blonde girl, beautiful smile, this girl has it all. Whether as a sexy vampire or a responsible sister, Bridgit is definitely Number 2 on the list. She stars as Juliet in Wizards of Waverly Place as a Vampire cum love interest to Justin Russo and stars in Good Luck Charlie, the elder sister that looks after her 4 siblings.

3. Maiara Walsh

This girl, I must say can be a supermodel in Victoria Secret! I mean, hello? Skinny body, nice curves. Maiara Walsh acted in Mean Girls 2, of course the show wasn't as good as Mean Girls but hey, bright future going on there. Mandy Weatherly, starred in Disney Channel's Cory in the House.

4. Chelsea

Chelsea, Chelsea, Chelsea. I just watched Baby Daddy, and she is a hit! The 'saviour' to 3 guys in taking care of a baby. That's what girls are for. Check her out in the Disney Channel series, ''JONAS''.

5. Emma Roberts

Hotel for Dogs? Wild Child? Valentine's Day? And her hit Nick TV series, 'Unfabulous', I mean seriously, she overly meets her 'Emma' criteria, with the other Emmas (Emma Stone, Emma Watson), hitting it off big, this one is no different.

6. Elizabeth Gillies

Goth, more goth, I hates, and awesome powerful voice. Liz stars in Victorious, together with Victoria Justice as a mean, introvert, goth girl, who sometimes makes people laugh, Top 10 in this list. Her skin is flawlessly snow white.

7. Selena Gomez

Could you say more? She can sing but not that powerfully, Selena Gomez can act, is funny and has a boyfriend younger than her. (Not that I like Bieber). She's almost as good as Victoria, but she isn't as hot I guess. One of her latest movies, Monte Carlo, really made me want to go to Monte Carlo.

8. Bella Thorne

This dancer, actor, pretty girl next door. Her hair colour really bring out her beauty. Stars as a naughty, rebellious dancer on Shake It Up, she has got to be Number 8 on this list!
